A fun time of sharing and sampling some wonderful soups after 11am worship at First Baptist Church. The top voted soup will win bragging rights and help our youth attend a mission event this summer! The soups are free to try – a sample or a bowl. Desserts, however – will go to the highest bidder at the dessert auction to follow!
Here’s how it works:
If you’d like to make a pot of chili or other soup to share, email us, or use the sign-up sheet at church.
There is no fee to enter, and you can bring more than one type of soup if you like.
If dessert is more your thing – we will gladly accept donations of desserts; cakes, pies, brownies, cookies – whatever you would like to share.
For those who attend, again, the soups are free to try: the fun and the fundraiser comes in as participants buy tickets to vote for their favorite soups — and you can vote as often as you like!
The desserts will be auctioned off to the highest bidders – a great way to get a delicious treat for you to bring to a Superbowl party, or just to keep for yourself 🙂
