Nova Readers began on 09/28/2016. Our church received a $4,000 grant through ABCUSA Home Mission to start a reading program for children whose parents participate in Star Literacy at FBC on Wednesday evenings. We hope the program will help with child literacy and encourage parents to read with their children throughout the week. Each Wednesday evening session will provide a reading and activity for children; children will also participate in Family Time with our LOGOS youth program, and parents will have time to read to their children and select books to take home from our Nova Readers’ Library.
